Project/Program Management
Established a 100 person offshore Agile development and testing capability in Bangalore for the capital markets division of a large bank based in Sydney.

Engaged as the Executive Program Director to run a 5-year Murex implementation
project across all asset classes for a bank in Singapore. On taking over the program it had been running for 2 years. Re-organised the team, re-planned the program and re-baselined scope, time and cost budgets. Introduced Agile to handle the post release defect backlog.
Provided facilitation to 400+ students studying for the National Certificate and Diploma in Project Management to the Southern Institute of Technology based on PMBOK.
Developed and delivered PMBOK and PRINCE2 project management training for Pelican Brown, based in Singapore.
Technology Consulting
Reviewed the Global Location Strategy for a bank in Singapore while engaged by EA Consulting.
Conducted requirements gathering, vendor evaluations and selection for a technology infrastructure upgrade for NZSIR.

Conducted leadership development workshops for next generation leaders for AELC in Canberra, Melbourne and Perth
